“I see Dr. Naureen Jaffri about every 7 weeks. Granted the office could be bigger, and sometimes the wait time could be shorter. With that said, I have been to other psychiatrists where the wait time has been up to 4 hours. Frankly, even if I had that wait time with Dr. Naureen, I would still go. In my opinion, if you are looking for a psychiatrist who is actually INTERESTED in your life, and your well-being, and not just a drug dealer who has you out the door in 10 min, this is the doctor to see. She is kind, empathic, genuine, all while holding you accountable. This makes for a great psychiatrist. As for the office staff, they are accommodating, it can take some time, but they are a busy office. Look all of the psychiatrists there take their time with you, (hence the wait time from time to time) Life happens... Isn't that why you are there? I would Recommend Dr. Naureen without hesitation.”

“My father is currently a resident here and receives good care and attention. The staff are approachable and competent. The physical structure is very spacious-you do not find residents lined up in front of a nurses station as you do in many other facilities. The space is kept neat and clean-free of odors. He complains about some (sometimes most) of the meals but that seems to be the nature of the beast when you are feeding so many. Overall, we are glad he is safe, clean and protected at Rosa Coplon.”
