Amy has been extremely patient and thorough throughout this process and has helped me fine-tune a LOT of my movement patterns to make me a more efficient and balanced runner. She has given me many unique exercises to address specific compensations that I have been using over the past few years. Under her guidance, I am gradually recovering long-lost fluidity and rhythm in my running.
