“I came across this website looking for help with my knee that I'd hurt a couple days previously. She got back to me right away, and was able to fit me in the next morning. After looking at my knee and posture, she helped realign my stance and gave me exercises to do at home. My knee felt better a soon as I left. But, as a bonus, it turns out she also does lymphatic massage so she did some work on me and later that night I realize that some lumpiness (for lack of a better term!) on my legs had gone away. I felt clearer minded and lighter overall and have gone back 2 times since then. The issue with my knee resolved after the 2nd session. Thank you!!”

“Sangeeta is sincere and cares deeply about each client. I had extreme fatigue and breathing issues after COVID. Doctors gave me no hope at all. I thought I would have to go on disability. Sangeeta took the time to explain what was going on in my body and broke down the program into small chunks. My body could handle the exercise and improve versus crashing every day and staying in bed most of the time. I highly recommend her. I have my life back and am able to go back to work. I still do the exercises that she gave me to continue my recovery. If you as a patient will sincerely follow what she says you will see the benefits.”

“One of the most important lessons you learn in life: if you want to be physically strong, you also have to practice balance and calmness with your mental health. Hands of Hope Physical Therapy (Jackie, in my case) understands this so well, and this has been the best experience for PT I’ve ever had. From the stretches and the conversations, I leave feeling happier and stronger. I always feel a great sense of zen when I enter the office and start my session. It’s also always a pleasure seeing Janet. She is always extremely kind and helpful when I’m doing my exercises. They provide a really calming atmosphere so you can work on what needs to be worked on with as much comfort as possible. Not only did I feel so much better after only my first appointment, I also felt at peace, and I continue to make progress that I did not think was possible. Truly feels like a tight-knit community/family. Everyone is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable.
