I love Lions Fit Physical Therapy! After undergoing surgery for multiple dislocations, I needed specialized post-operative care, and the entire Lion team has exceeded every expectation.
The gym is always spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. I love that they have great music playing during sessions that makes the hard work feel a bit easier! Every therapist I’ve worked with has been incredibly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain each exercise and ensure proper form.
I worked with Marc recently on a knee injury I got during climbing.
Marc was outside my insurance but it was well worth it to have a skilled PT that also climbs. The sport specificity is invaluable.
He did a great level of due diligence - made sure I left the appointment with videos of myself performing exercises with good form, and followed up regularly to make sure I was progressing as expected.
It's clear that he was invested in making sure I was out of PT and back to activity. In my experience, other PTs are always too eager to book future sessions, can feel off-putting.
I've got nothing but great things to say about Marc, who helped me with some knee discomfort I was dealing with after skiing a little too hard. He did a great job walking me through the physical steps I could take to strengthen but also the mental aspect of dealing with pain without freaking out. For the climbers out there I can confidently say you should book with Marc for climbing related injuries (fingers, tendons, etc.) but also unrelated injuries that may be impacted by frequent climbing. He's a strong climber and one of the rare physios out there who understands the sport and its unique impact on the body. Don't be a hero go to physio (I'm talking to you, hardo climber guy who thinks physio is fake and whose girlfriend is forcing you to go to physio)!!!!!!
when I first started running 2 1/2 years ago, I never thought I’d be able to run a marathon. Then when I started training for my first marathon and I got injured I never thought I’d be able to overcome that injury. Then I’m at Marc and the team at lion physical therapy – – they saved my mental health and my ability to run said marathon. before lion, I kind of thought that physical therapy was like going to a chiropractor…. worked for some, but not really that legit. Lion physical therapy showed me that physical therapy is not only real but if you have an amazing physical therapist (s/o MARC), you can do things that you never dreamed were possible. I finished my first marathon at three hours and 50 minutes and that was all because of Marc 🥹. I highly recommend this place.
The Lion Physical Therapy team was great and got me back in shape after a hamstring injury. Great team, really nice space, and I loved that it was 1:1 work with my PT, Marc. Lion gave me the tools to recover and prevent injury. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy.
