I also appreciate that they keep the class size small so that each child gets ample attention. I do hope to see more specific instruction on improving individual skills, but I realize we are still at the beginner stage. I want my girls to do professional rhythmic gymnastics and it feels that we're in the right place.”

“Park Fitness BK is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! The teachers are charismatic and dynamic--I always feel supported and challenged to do my personal best. The space has a community feel. I know that my fellow classmates are in it with me and will give me a high five when we finish something hard. Janine, the owner, is responsive and customer service focused. The facility is clean and there is a wide range of equipment. Including battle ropes! Which are super hard! But I am getting better at them all the time. I LOVE this place and I credit the Park Fitness team for helping me get back into a results-oriented fitness routine.”

“Juniper Yoga & Healing arts studio is a unique and much needed gem. I have taken classes here with Deborah, Aimee, and Frank... these teachers are well studied, insightful, and wise. Juniper offers a safe and diverse space that meets many needs that are often ignored... for example, their upcoming workshop on sex post-baby, their offerings for families that allow all to feel included, etc. I love taking classes at Juniper and haven't found a studio in all of New York City that I prefer. It's intimate and divine.”

“I love my Zoom workouts at Pongo Power! My trainer, Brie, has designed a custom workout for me that strengthens the areas I want to work on (posture and shoulder strength) and we always adjust my workout so I'm challenged and building strength but also safe (and so we can get it all done in an hour.) Working out at Pongo Power has made me stronger and helped me build a weekly workout routine of my own, which has really built my strength and endurance. Pongo Power has added years to my life, and I'm healthier and happier than I've ever been. They offer a free fitness assessment so they can create a custom workout program for you — I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“This young business is doing good things. I found them through Google. First they answer the phone like you are calling a friend...So don't expect 'Molina's can I help you?' I asked them to text me pictures of some nice dryers and some basic ones. I liked a couple of them. So I drove to the business and was impressed how the appliances were neatly organized and cared for, some like new -I expected a thrift shop experience. Things that will make your experience better is bring cash and skip the credit card precessing fee $20. If you can pick up your washer and dryer and set it up yourself you save $75 bucks on delivery and setup. Also know how many prongs your current appliance power cord has so they can match it. So far my like new Samsung dryer ($300) is working great! I also got a quote for a GE dishwasher for $100 with a $125 installation option. I will update my review in a few months.
