“I was in a total rush to get my disc brake fixed so I could get out on my weekend long ride - had a terrible start with other problems, which I addressed, then rushed over to Urban. Fortunately they had the pad replacements I needed and the mechanic hopped on it for me right away so I could head out for my ride. No attitude, no irritation at all (unfortunate that this is what we've come to expect...). Like the other reviewers say, super great mechanic and really friendly. Highly recommended.”
