“As a Chiropractor I spend a lot of time on my feet, and after wearing dress shoes for the last eight months, I started to notice how much of a beating my arches were taking. I was really hesitant to make the plunge into comfort sneakers for work, but thanks to Jalen Mora I had the best shoe purchasing experience of my entire life. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can feel the passion and enthusiasm Jalen has for helping others the second you meet him. I never would’ve made a purchase today if it wasn’t for Jalen. Thanks again!!!”

“Great place. Expected crabby staff like alot of warehouse/outlet stores.. but they were the opposite.. wonderful, nice folks. I also saved a legitimate $200 on a never used electric dryer!”

“Great boutique shop. Really caters to individuals who are looking for a specialized touch and fitting. The owner Jon was very meticulous from start to end. He was patient with changes and road bumps that came up along the way. The store tends to appeal to a different clientele than what you may find at other popular shops like R&A or Strictly. Would highly recommend this!”

“Don’t search anymore. Doug is an expert. We just had our Rad-ebikes worked on by Doug- new tires, hand grips, adjustments, etc. Everything he does is perfection. Our gears shift better than when the bikes were new. This is the best work! Repairs done this well are worth every cent you spend. Thanks, Tookey-Featherston”

“So happy to shop local! More people need to know about this hidden gem. The customer service is phenomenal. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The bike is for my son and they talked with him and helped him find exactly what he was looking for and he even got to customized the bike with accessories at the end. It was a great experience. One happy kid! Thank you!”

“Stopped in to get a new head unit for a new car didn't know much about what I was looking for also had extra hardware I wanted to have installed. Didn't realize they prefer to install store bought so they can offer their amazing warranty. I couldn't of had a better experience between the products, services, and employees that were provided to me. Went above and beyond to suit my needs and many other customers that came in while I waited. Oh and Beverly sheeeeeeesh! She lucky she married!”

“Spike and Scottie are extremely knowledgeable on these trikes, inside and out. I went with there recommendation on what trike to get because I don't really know. I had a small problem when a piece broke but spike was able to fix the problem. It took a little more time to repair but he wanted to make sure everything was perfect and I respect that. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is interested in getting one of these trikes. 100% A+”

“Coolest bike shop in Brooklyn. I’ve always wanted to go on a bike tour, but they seem to sell out very quick. Small shop. Curated items in stock. He can build you the touring bike of your dreams”

“Absolutely huge sports store! I liked their selections of fishing supplies. Similar to a Bass or Cabela's store in that regard. Other sports have their own well stocked sections as well. The store definitely has a lot of everything. Check out line was a little slow, and given the size of the store it can be hard to find things.”

“This great shop saved the day for our ride from Manhattan to Albany on the Empire State Trail. They are located right on the trail too!! Full service, bathroom, tubes - it's all here. If you are in Kingston, take a few minutes to stop, look around and restock.”

“The staff are really kind and informative. They’re not bland either — with zero personality. Cristiana always pays attention to my daughter, which most adults would never do, and she loves going because of it. A lot of time hardcore bicycle experts can be condescending and Danny’s staff is very helpful without a hint of looking down on casual riders. I highly value their knowledge and competence, too. So much so, I trusted them to attach my 1-year old’s bike seat. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Just a great neighborhood bike shop if you're looking for a deal. They may not have $7000 bicycles, but they have bicycles in different budgets up to the $1,200 range including electric scooters . You won't find the latest titanium components to shave a few grams of your bike, but you'll get excellent service from knowledgeable sales professionals that are honest in their repair prices . If you're willing to curb your ego and look for a deal instead, then you'll appreciate this store. They do exceptional repairs on bicycles and don't overcharge like Manhattan shops that pay high rent. Shop local and save big. Do you really need a $500 bicycle pump when a $29 dollar one does the same thing...? Hopefully you get my humor. Do you want to ride your bike, or do you want to show off how much you paid for high end components on your bike....? If you like saving money, then come to this shop.”

“I recently bought an Eastwood bicycle from here. The owners were very helpful and sweet, allowed me to test it out, fitted my helmet for me just right. I went back a few days later because the seat it came with was painful and once again they were very helpful and figured out exactly what I needed very quickly. After 1 month of riding you can bring it back and they’ll make all necessary adjustments again!! This place has been around longer than I’ve been alive, so they really know what they’re doing and you really can’t beat it!! I very highly recommend Dick’s!!”

“I'm so glad I came to John here after my bike's derailleur and hanger got smashed. He saved my bike and fixed it up and now works life a charm. I paid about $160 to have the derailleur, hanger, chain replaced and my tire straightened. A little pricey but worth it to get my bike back running again in an hour, plus I made a friend there who taught me how to fix my bike if it ever happens again. Would certainly come back.”

“I recently bought a Priority Coast for riding around in Breezy Point. First let me tell you this bike is beautiful, matte indigo and brown, really nice colors. Love that it’s has a rubber belt and I don’t have to worry about a rusty chain or constant maintenance. Their customer service is by far one of if not the best I’ve dealt with. The front fender came slightly dented, I emailed them, had a new fender within 24 hours. Awesome bike awesome people. If you’re looking for a high quality bike, look no further.”

“I live relatively far from this shop, but it's NO QUESTION worth the commute. They rock !!!! I bought my bike from them six months ago and came in several times for repairs and tune-ups. ALL the folks there are super knowledgeable, congenial, and simply worth their weight in gold. They'll get you right with whatever you need, whether you're looking for a new bike, need maintenance, or you're in the market for some new accessories and gear.”

“I've been going here since 2010. This is my go-to bike repair shop. I also spoil my kids (and myself) with the retro toys/ videogames. Mr. Lee and bike Repairman are the hidden gems of the community. I can't fit all the good things to say here. Give this shop a chance and visit them. A++ store.”
