“Good people who are kind and knowledgeable mechanics and a diverse lot of riders work at this bike shop. I recommend popping in, nothing too small or big; you will be welcomed here. There's also plenty of pretty bikes and gear to marvel at.”

“I'm so glad I came to John here after my bike's derailleur and hanger got smashed. He saved my bike and fixed it up and now works life a charm. I paid about $160 to have the derailleur, hanger, chain replaced and my tire straightened. A little pricey but worth it to get my bike back running again in an hour, plus I made a friend there who taught me how to fix my bike if it ever happens again. Would certainly come back.”

“I recently bought a Priority Coast for riding around in Breezy Point. First let me tell you this bike is beautiful, matte indigo and brown, really nice colors. Love that it’s has a rubber belt and I don’t have to worry about a rusty chain or constant maintenance. Their customer service is by far one of if not the best I’ve dealt with. The front fender came slightly dented, I emailed them, had a new fender within 24 hours. Awesome bike awesome people. If you’re looking for a high quality bike, look no further.”

“I live relatively far from this shop, but it's NO QUESTION worth the commute. They rock !!!! I bought my bike from them six months ago and came in several times for repairs and tune-ups. ALL the folks there are super knowledgeable, congenial, and simply worth their weight in gold. They'll get you right with whatever you need, whether you're looking for a new bike, need maintenance, or you're in the market for some new accessories and gear.”

“Sam and his team of professionals really took great care of me. The facility has a friendly let's be happy atmosphere with great music; even for a baby-boomer Veteran like me. All the staff work hard to have a neat workplace. Their work is top quality, reasonable, and also puts the customer's riding safety first. Stop in just to talk and look at a wide variety of riding machines.”

“Marco is a nice guy and he charges fair prices. He tuneup my old bike fast and I didn’t feel like I was overcharged. He told me that he used to ride this model years ago. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your bike there for any kind of work!”

“It was very crowded and intimidating but the staff were so nice, Arron took me to the other side where they put the bikes together and they had amazing cruisers which is hard to find in nyc bike shops. They put together online bikes from Electra and Public. Two companies I’ve heard good things about. Glad I went there.”

“A store dedicated to repairing Arrow eBikes, they are relatively friendly, and they also sell the bikes. However they don't let you test ride bikes, and they don't give any 'guarantees' or any kind of warranty on the bikes. Which makes sense; they're a repair shop, not a bike selling shop; they're there because some people understand what the product is and purchase it because its not easy to source. The bikes are great products and they are friggen tanks. Some people have been using their bikes for multiple years (me included) and thanks to this shop they still run like new.”

“We have Shenandoah insurance and Juliana Diaz is our agent. We couldn't be happier! She's super friendly and very responsible. She took the time to help us get an amazing price on insurance for our new home. She even monitored our policy,on her own, to make sure that we were fully covered in the event of an approaching hurricane. I highly recommend Juliana Diaz of Shenandoah insurance.”
