Matt delivered well beyond our hopes. Whereas our insurance had proposed a value ~10K under our original BOS based on an assumed depreciation (standard rubbish tactic by insurance), Matt negotiated on our behalf to reflect current market conditions, which actually demonstrated an *appreciation* of the vehicle value. This is seriously unheard of and had us totally stoked to receive an updated ACV several thousand above our original purchase price. “We had a very smooth move- in day thanks to manager Tim. He was extremely helpful and available to answer questions as this was our first time using a storage unit. The Millersport Highway location was very clean and a cart was located nearby. And, prior to our arrival, the manager had even replaced a mechanism on the door that had given us a problem the day we came to see the unit. We had rented two units, but were able to fit everything in one. Again, manager Tim quickly cancelled the second unit and explained the convenience of using the app to more easily get into the facility gate in the future. I can’t say enough about the ease of this experience. Tim went above and beyond to make our move less stressful. Thank you!”

“I had a few bad experiences with dentists when I was a child/teen. Needless to say, I was not a fan of the dentist. Dr. Sam put me right at ease from the first appointment I had with him. He has a great sense of humor! I also appreciate that he never gives up until he locates and alleviates a problem tooth. He is also very careful to make sure that you are completely numb and comfortable while he is working, and he does excellent work. His prices are reasonable, and he genuinely cares about the health of his patients. My husband even goes to see Dr. Sam now.”

Especially love that there's alarms on this and the circle locks that they require.
