Matt delivered well beyond our hopes. Whereas our insurance had proposed a value ~10K under our original BOS based on an assumed depreciation (standard rubbish tactic by insurance), Matt negotiated on our behalf to reflect current market conditions, which actually demonstrated an *appreciation* of the vehicle value. This is seriously unheard of and had us totally stoked to receive an updated ACV several thousand above our original purchase price. Not only was the value there, it was hugely satisfying to win the "appreciation" argument with insurance. I'd recommend TJ Hirsch and team in a heartbeat.”

Once it was here...after very professional expert assembly, I just couldn't quite figure out how to use the programs. Mike, the manager, came right out to my home and showed me step by step, answered any and all questions I had. Just a totally very positive customer experience!
