“I am all about a good breakfast, and Unbridled Cafe came up on my radar. What a wonderful find I came across. The restaurant is spacious and very clean. The server and the rest of the staff, was very friendly. Everyone said hello and had a contagious smile. My son and I came for breakfast (all day) but they also serve soups, salads and sandwiches. Prices and quantity is on par with other places. I did not leave hungry and am actually planning to come back very soon. Blueberry pancakes- They use real blueberries and the pancake batter they use is amazing. Pancakes are the size of the plate. Omelette- I ordered the create your own. You get 3 choices for your fillings. All my choices were fresh and not greasy. Also it came with a side of potatoes and toast. Bourbon french toast- really really good.. Especially the bourbon sauce.”

I've been taking photos of Asher Crossing (and almost everything else in the Village as well!) since it was just a lot full of dirt with a few bulldozers pushing things around. But now, in the spring of 2021, it seems to moving ahead full-speed. It is beginning to look like it will really be great place to live. I'll try to keep taking photos of the progress through the summer! It's fun to watch things go from an empty lot, to a beautifully constructed, completed development.
