“Our children have been attending Aurora Waldorf School since they were toddlers. We have been incredibly happy with the quality of teachers and staff that support our children daily. It starts as early as 18 months with the parent tot program where parents attend a class once a week with their child. In this classroom environment we are able to talk about raising a child and what parenting areas we may need advice in. I found it to be very supportive as a new parent. The children then grow into a wonderful nursery class, flourishing to a kindergarten program that focuses on fine and gross motor skills. The children are actively engaged and moving while developing life long skills. They are fully ready when first grade arrives to sit and focus on developmentally appropriate academic skills. It's been a beautiful experience to see my children grow and flourish within this environment. If you have an longing or interest in seeing this school, it's worth your while to take a tour.”

“My daughter started when she was 4 months old and is now almost 8 months, I’m also a assistant teacher in one of the classrooms. They work a lot with the kids on what ever stage they are on in life. The kids are able to explore their world and learn what they are capable of. Everyone is super supportive on whatever choices you wish to make with your kid(s). Like my daughter starting solids at 5 months old, she loves to eat and understands the concept to go to the table when it’s time to eat. Which she carried over at home to going to the kitchen when she’s getting hungry. Or even breastfeeding, parents are welcomed to come feed their baby and it isn’t awkward to do so. She also sleeps on a cot instead of in a crib which I highly love because she is able to be more independent. Everything is kid sized which is awesome for the little ones. The toys are swapped out every month to give the kids a fresh atmosphere. They also work with me using cloth diapers which is super awesome because I know some people get grossed out. The staff is super inviting and everyone is your friend. Everyone is super awesome with all the kids and they love them like they are their own. It’s just overall a awesome place with good morals and great people. :)”
