“I have to say, I have only been to two appointments, however, when I leave each time, I actually felt a difference in the way my back feels from the sciatic nerve pain I'm having..I'm horrible at names, but the physical therapist I've seen at the Buffalo office is very knowledge about parts of the body and my issues. Even though I don't understand what he is talking about half the time (he uses a lot of PT jargon) , he is able to break down in simple terms what he means when I ask for clarification and draws pics to show what he means. Another thing I like about this place is that all the therapists seem to get along really well, are personable and are good at dividing their attention among patients when they have more than one client at the same time. I never felt neglected or not paid attention to. I will recommend this place to anyone.”

“Great: the location is brand new so the grounds and the lobby is beautiful. Rooms are also upscale, comfortable, and modern. Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. Price also very responsible. Good: parking was on for the most part except during the weekend when the hotel was extremely busy. Bad: the only bad thing was that I could tell that the builders rushed during their building process and simple things were half done or not done well. Overall the hotel was in wonderful location and we enjoyed our stay.”
