As a new patient, the doctor took time to ask about why i was there, what i want out of the appointments, and all different ideas on how i could reduce my severe back pain. “While occasionally the staff can be a little overwhelmed, probably from dealing with the insurance companies, they are always helpful. Dr. Keohane is a very good dentist. He is very thorough and compassionate regarding my care. Some may think he is rude. I have never seen that in him. He is serious about doing the job right, and will not sugar coat a situation. That is not rude, that is focused and honest. I'd rather have a serious good dentist, than a poor dentist that will tell me a joke, or talk about their boat. The bottom line is if you want good care, go there. Wow, that is almost poetic”

The office staff, Sam and Claudia, are wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The veterinarians are excellent. I've meet all them over the years and have absolute confidence in there care recommendations. I seem to typically see Dr. Pletscher, she is wonderful.
