I needed to make a very important transaction which required the assistance of a banker and was unable to get or make a last minute appointment because they were all filled up and only seeing a limited number of clients due to COVID but Nicholas agreed to "fit me in" if I was willing to wait in the lobby until after he met with all his other scheduled clients first. He was very polite and very professional and very accommodating and I am grateful for his service.
