“I went on the Silo city river/walking tour last Thursday. Mike was my tour guide and he did a fantastic job entertaining a group of 35 people. I’m fascinated by old industrial architecture so this was a perfect tour for me. As a bonus, the boat had a well stocked bar. I’m looking forward to another tour next year.”

“I have quite a bit of experience with Templeton Landing now and it has been universally positive. As a restaurant the main attraction is the patio, with wonderful views of the Buffalo Harbor and lake. The food is always well prepared and tasty. The menu is not the most imaginative in Western NY, but the preparation of each dish is never lacking. I also held my wedding here in 2018, and would rate it higher than 5 stars if possible. The experience was flawless, starting with their event team who were extremely helpful during the planning process. On the day of the food, bar, and staff were excellent as well. The food and ambiance were of particular note, providing some of the best value available. Many other venues struggled to impress as much despite charging higher prices.”

“Great customer service despite the Coronavirus. I needed to make a very important transaction which required the assistance of a banker and was unable to get or make a last minute appointment because they were all filled up and only seeing a limited number of clients due to COVID but Nicholas agreed to "fit me in" if I was willing to wait in the lobby until after he met with all his other scheduled clients first. He was very polite and very professional and very accommodating and I am grateful for his service.”

“Great place to let the dog run around and play, but bring a coat because the wind from the lake can be very chilly. In the hot summer months it is amazing. It can also be quite muddy depending on the time of year/recent weather, so be prepared to have a happy, dirty dog.”

“This is one of those places that you don't know is there unless you work in or around the complex it sits in. But I'm here to tell you that if you're down by the Waterfront - especially the marina especially near Veterans Park - this is the place to grab a coffee, drink, or even a small bite to eat. They currently serve a few wraps (that you can get on a bagel if you ask nicely) including a Cajun Turkey Wrap and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Staffed by really great people who make you day just a little brighter - the Spot Coffee Express should quickly become a staple in the Waterfront District -- if you know it's there!”

“We enjoyed a perfect day aboard the spirit of Buffalo pirate adventure. We had no issues purchasing our tickets , the crew went above and beyond to make sure that our children aged 3 and 1 and a 1/2 had a great time. The crew of pirates keeps the little ones occupied while the adults relaxed and offered adult beverages at the cash bar. The entire boat ride started promptly on time and ended on time . The family and I we had a truly wonderful time and would highly recommend anyone to go on this adventure.”

“This place is so much fun! DJ plays good music. Lots of dancing and a very diverse crowd of peace, loving people. This is the place to be on hot summer days! I love Buffalo!”

“Nothing like the nostalgia of childhood class trips, the sights and smells of battleships and assistant teachers pointing the way to the next room of pictures and descriptions of things you won't fully grasp until your 20s when you go again, with the thoughts of those Brave souls that sacrificed it all to allow us to enjoy everything we don't even appreciate as much as we should. Lovely tour and worth every penny.”
