  Wonderful experience. Our technician arrived right on time, reviewed the camera inspection with us and gave us a very interesting lesson on both of our different chimney designs. Their prices were very fair and they were easy to work with. Thank you!!!

  We needed a chimney repair in order to sell our home. We found this company on the internet, and we’re very satisfied. They answered their phones in a timely manner, they returned phone calls in a timely manner. They asked for all of our information in order to make sure that they completed the job prior to our closing of the house. The office staff was very friendly, especially Kate, the person to the estimate, Patrick, was very informative, and the crew that made the repair were on time and professional

  I had a great experience with this company! I just recently bought a house and had no idea the shape the fireplace was in so I scheduled an inspection and cleaning. They were extremely informative and told me everything I needed to know about my fireplace and showed me the camera view of the chimney. They even explained to me the importance of a cap to prevent rain from getting in my chimney and I would have never known that! All around they were a very quality and honest business. I would highly recommend!!! I will be working with them from here on out for any fireplace needs!

  From my first call to ask for an estimate, to the cleanup after the work was done, everyone at Felgemacher was courteous and very professional. Colin gave us a couple of options and explained the pros and cons of each one. The estimate was actually less than I expected (always a plus!). The work was scheduled when the weather was good, and the crew showed up when they said. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and they cleaned up very well (not an easy feat this time of the year!). I would recommend Felgemacher without reservation.
