They spayed my OAR pup and took excellent care of her. They communicated well and were friendly.

If you want a vet that truly cares about your pet then this place is for you! The first time I met Dr Ross, he got down on the floor and pet my kitty. He and Dr Hill are awesome! The staff are great too.

Just moved here from out of state fortunately true care veterinary hospital was just down the road from me. I made a call to make an appointment they got me in fairly soon and was very professional and caring throughout the whole process and Dr. Ross was excellent in explaining everything that I had to do to take care of my boys. I look forward in taking my here for a long time.

I had the opportunity to work in recovery for a rescue spay/neuter clinic that Drs Ross and Hill were doing at their clinic.
In between surgeries, which there were many, Dr Hill took time out to check on a feral spay that she was concerned about. She came into recovery and asked to see one of the “children “. This cat would be released back into her neighborhood after recovery. These are the forgotten animals that have few champions. Dr Hill truly cares for each animal that enters their door.

And... as we were setting up for the clinic, Dr Ross was already there, he had spent the night sleeping in a chair because one of the “Children “ that was brought in the previous day was critically ill and he stayed all night to observe this cat.

Such a wonderful caring place! My dog has been going there since she was a puppy and she will be 10. They take the time to explain everything, value your pet and make you feel confident in their ability. Love Dr Ross and Dr Hill and staff!
