We called my wife's cousin, who is a contractor about replacing it and he said, just go to advance glass because that's all they do. From Shannon and Trey in the showroom to Ralph coming out for the measurements, everybody was fantastic. I wasn't home when it was installed, so I don't know the names of the installers but my wife said they were very friendly and they did a great job. “Allan and his guys were very professional and polite/courteous in our whole house move. They made sure that the furniture and houses were kept safe and clean from any damage by bringing blankets to lay down and wrapped the furniture before carrying it out. Prior to the move we spoke with Allan multiple times about big furniture pieces and strategies we would use to get it out of the basement it was in. We advised him of our expectations and he was honest about his availability for different sized jobs, and lucky for us he was able to fit us in and do the work just a couple of days later. “Very helpful and speedy service! Cheapest prices around too! I’ve been using King Petroleum for my household oil heat for a few years now and somehow I still manage to forget to check my levels when it gets low and occasionally run out of heat in the middle of the night during winter. Every time this has happened, they don't make me feel like the absent minded fool that I am and always find time to come same day for delivery and save my house from becoming a frozen fortress of solitude. They even showed me how to prime the heater in the past but sometimes I’d rather a professional do it (only $20!) plus they are so kind and quick about it. I called at 10am explaining my situation and someone was here and completed before noon! Even on busy days, the most I’ve had to wait was by end of day (if it was an emergency). In regular circumstance they sometimes still have same day or next day delivery. I would definitely recommend them for your household heating oil needs!”
