(June 16, 2020, 6:23 pm)Emailed the Tree Dr. and shared concerns I had about my River Birch. Emailed me back promptly and had someone stop by same day. He looked at the tree and told me the tree was fine and healthy and explained what I was seeing and why. No charge as there was no need to quote for Service. This his name was Chris. Highly recommend this company for their ethics, promptness and great service! Will 100% use them going forward.
