I can’t begin to say how happy and relieved I am. My dog had been soiling on my living room carpet in a hidden spot and I didn’t realize it until it started to smell. I could not get it clean enough or get all the smell out. Not to mention how dirty it made me feel. Katie not only got all the discoloration and smell out, but the system she uses is awesome. Much different than those trucks with all the hoses. I am so grateful to have found her. Besides doing an amazing job and educating me on her system, she responds quickly and is right on time! Let me assure you, this woman is small but mighty! She knows her business and I can’t believe how amazing the carpet looked when she finished. I waited to leave an accurate review in case it came back up, but after several weeks, it remained bright and spot free. No soaked carpets, no smell, no stains bleeding through. She is thorough, knowledgeable and so professional.

Katie is awesome! Within days she was over to do an estimate, and cleaned the carpets the same day for a reasonable price. Really worked wonders on carpets for the place we were moving into. We had little hope of them being salvageable, but they turned out amazing. Definitely would use her services again and recommend to anyone needing carpets done fast and thorough. The low-moisture method she uses means that we were able to walk on our area rugs the same day, yet they were instantly cleaner, refreshed, and sanitized. The process is surprisingly fast, and the finished product was just as good, if not better, than the heavy-duty, come-in-with-a-hose system that bigger companies (who charge more) use. Best of all, I love that the solutions she uses are non-toxic... so no worries with our pets. We will definitely be calling her again for maintenance. Hugely, highly recommend!
