The Hollow Bistro & Brew

The service was amazing and the entrees were presented perfectly. The entrees were delicious, but the calamari was very bland. It tasted like fried flour. We’ll be back, but not for the calamari.

This restaurant is so amazing. I love the staff, environment, and menu. Everything here is so worth it! I love the Asian fusion menu, it just pairs so well with the Asian decor in the dining room. I have gone here multiple times and the staff is always so kind. They are very professional and know the menu so well. I am always given the best recommendations and the specials are so innovatative. I love giving every special a try. The ahi seared rare is my favorite menu item. I go back to this restaurant constantly and it never gets old.

It was awesome! I just found it after being here for almost a year! It was well worth the wait! The staff was awesome and funny! Had a great time! I will be back!

Food and service were excellent. Very cozy atmosphere.

The Hollow Bistro & Brew, tonight gave my wife and I the best Salmon / Asian haddock dinners of the year. Pear Martini and brew for me and then best coffee around with pumkin spice cheesecake we were set.
