I work for a trucking company and periodically have to call this company to make sure what is in my computer is accurate for freight shipment pick ups. The lady/receptionist (no idea what her job title is officially) is the most sweet and pleasant lady. She always transfers me to who I need to speak to and the guys in the shipping department are very pleasant as well. It's very refreshing these days.
