I had to do a return from an online purchase and the person who helped me, Ann, was very helpful. She also told me about the petco app which i will be downloading, and she updated my phone number on my account to my current number. One of the main reasons I shop at Petco is the friendly and knowledgeable staff, I thought Ann was very helpful and kind.

Great place to get your pet supplies from. Knowledgeable staff caters to your every question and need. Grooming services are top notch and they even give your dog a treat!

Melissa was very helpful when I called with a question about my order. Petco is ALWAYS super customer friendly. That includes every store I have visited as well as the on-line team.

From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me and asked if they could be of help. I told them I just picked up my 8 week old puppy. They genuinely seemed as happy as I was about it as I was. They immediately went about explaining the types of things I would need to insure my puppy was well taken care.
I was really impressed on the time that was spent in MY instruction and how they could be of support to me and my new family member.
