“I've lived here for 2 years now. It's definitely not solely 55 and up. There are children on my block. However, for the most part, it's quiet. I do hear Lancaster speedway loud and clear. I also hear all the football scores from the high school games. I'm more towards the farthest street away from the school. There are a few new mobile homes on my street from 2020 when I moved in. A new home went in last week on my street, it's still progress. Today is 7-26-22.”

“great seafood restaurant/store that offers the option to dine in or take out... you can order raw seafood to go or have them prepare things for you- grilled, broiled, blackened, on a salad!! my friends & I had beers, appetizers, entrees, and desserts- everything was delicious. the shrimp cocktail was fresh and served with lemons and cocktail sauce... fried scallops were perfectly breaded and came out piping hot, served with tarter sauce... for entrees there was a lobster roll that was healthily stuffed with lobster, two salmons, and a seafood dish- all came with two sides... bread pudding & key lime pie for dessert... in case you missed what I said earlier, everything was delicious!!”

“Just happened to come across this shop on my way to Clarence. I was surprised by the mix of antique and vintage items—and no dust! Lots of cute clothes, saw stacks of jeans, and there’s tons of jewelry to complete your ensemble! The store is set up to make your search fun. Look high and low and in between. “I had my daughters "Tropical Disco Chic" Bridal Shower at The Lion and Eagle Pub, and it was nothing short of fantastic! This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and super cool, the decor is on trend. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the customers happy is their main priority. We were amazed from the Mimosa Bar to the food buffet. The quality and taste of everything was outstanding and the presentation was amazing. I can't say enough about the entire staff. The owners Simon and Brie, the fantastic chef, Sam, and wonderful bartender Susie were all so attentive, anything we asked for was "no problem". At night, the bar comes alive with live music to enjoy along with fabulous food and drinks. We are so thrilled that we chose to have our celebration at The Lion and Eagle Pub!”

“My experience with Stephen development is good they have well paid people there to do the job right the first couple times. I actually worked for Rock Oak which is Stephen development for a whole week it was alright except I had to go under a trailer it was tough but I still did it. I'm only 14 going to be 15 in June maybe they should hire smaller people so they can fit under trailer so the bigger people don't have to.”
