“I would give my experience with the DMV -Springville a 10☆ rating if I could! I needed to turn in my license plates and have them replaced. My pre-conceived idea was that it would be a dreadful experience because of my disabilities. From the minute I walked in, the women staffing the desk couldn't have been more kind and considerate. I was given a chair to wait out my turn and one woman even went out and removed the old plate and also put the new ones on. I didn't get their names but kudos to them for a job well done.”
