I have private owned telephone poles on my property. A tree took out my overhead line going to a rear building. Every employee I have talked to (and I can talk) has been great. The work is quality and spot on. HDE was the o ly contractor to notice some wiring was not done correctly originally. Had issues resetting one pole and their subcontractor was even good.
Super responsive from estimate, to time scheduling, to arrival. Honest people and quality workmanship.
I was looking for some work in this area for our client, unfortunately HDE was not able to handle the issue I had, but when I spoke with Dave he was very kind and informative and responded very quickly to me and was able to provide assistance to help my client.
