(December 19, 2022, 11:57 am)The young lady was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything to me. I asked her questions and she answered everyone of them. She explained about the gate opening and closing and if I got caught inside the after 10 pm how to get out. She showed me where my unit was and how to get to it. All in all I am very satisfied with the way I was treated. And would recommend The Storage Place-Midlothian
(July 4, 2020, 4:59 pm)Chris is an excellent mechanic who doesn't try to sell you what you don't need and is quick to troubleshoot and find the issue or problem. An honest man that gets guitar a bit of business. I highly recommend him. You'll need to call during work hours as he doesn't have an answering machine.

I did over the phone reservation, this was a smooth in and out process. The gentleman was very polite and through even hooked the trailer for me, making sure it was perfect before we made our trip.
