“A great place to go to join the pickleball revolution that is taking place in America. If you are a beginner, they have numerous lessons and clinics available to learn. There are many different levels of play available after that, all the way up to expert players. Really nice courts, small shop, and snacks if you need them. They provide excellent tournaments too when you want to get competitive. Play all year round!”

“Way more than a gym. Being a Medically Oriented Gym, physically attached to a Physical Therapy practice, they can work with you to address any issues you have. College educated trainers can set up a personal program for you and can change it periodically when needed. They can address weight issues, diabetes, cardiovascular, cancer, and Parkinson diseases among others. If you have an issue and would like an opinion from a physical therapist, it's literally down the hall and is included in your membership. I personally was having a weakness problem with my right arm and was evaluated by a physical therapist who recommended exercises, showed me how to do them and followed up on my progress. I'm happy to an announce my strength is back. Stop in an talk to them. You'll be glad you did (and so will you body).”
