Maria Czechowski, owner of Lifepath Yoga Center, is an exceptional yoga teacher. Her calm, easy going demeanor, soothing voice and beautiful yoga studios, along with the wealth of benefits received from her yoga classes goes way beyond expectations. She incorporates positive messages and mantras to nourish the mind and spirit while teaching asana practices to improve flexibility, strength and overall wellness. Plus she choreographs the entire practice to beautiful music.

I've been joining Maria's Yoga sessions virtually through Zoom this winter 2020-2021 and love the convenience of being able to practice yoga in the comfort of my home. Maria has made it possible for her students to seek personal well being by offering multiple days/times to choose from. The mental and physical benefits of yoga are many and Maria is very passionate and calming. Her style of teaching makes it simple for a beginner like myself to follow along at my own comfort level. I’ve been attending Maria’s yoga sessions since 2013. Her compassion, grounding energy and calming voice is what brings me back to her classes each time. I’ve also attended her Ayurveda, yoga and hiking retreat at the Himalayan Institute. I also highly recommend attending this for a wonderful healing retreat/weekend. There were so many “Aha moments” during her Ayurveda teachings that connected the dots for me and complement my current Nutrition knowledge. Maria calms your mind, body and spirit and is an amazing yoga practitioner. I highly recommend her services. I look forward to taking future classes that she develops!
