BoxDrop Mattress Amherst

I Want to give my review for the recent experience I had with BoxDrop Cheektowaga, I just bought a Living room set from them, it is great quality at a fair and reasonable price, they also have the option to have their items delivered. Being partly handicapped, this was a very important to me and was one of the deciding factors in buying the set from BoxDrop and not elsewhere.

The delivery company they used are a 3rd party and NOT employees of BoxDrop Cheektowaga, I had such a Horrific and Unprofessional experience with this company getting my Living room set delivered !!!

However, the great people at BoxDrop Cheektowaga went above and beyond and on their OWN TIME fixed the situation for me and made sure everything was setup correctly.

If you looking for a furniture company with great prices and believes in customer support and shows it through their actions…. I Highly Highly recommend BoxDrop Cheektowaga

Courtney was absolutely fabulous in helping us find an amazing mattress and adjustable base! She was incredible patient and we were stunned by the great prices. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress!
