“We love it here! My daughter is 14 months and extremely shy, she let the instructors pick her up to put her on the balance beam and guide her as she explored the different equipment. It was so much more than jumping on trampolines, the instructors had my daughter stacking cones and feeling the different textures. I was blown away by the cleanliness of the gym and kindness of the entire staff. If you are looking for something to do with your toddler, this is it!”

“Although this is a small dealership in the Buffalo, NY region, these guys always treated me as a first-rate customer. Maybe it is because of their size that they give such good attention to detail but I was always pleased with their customer service. In my situation, I was trying to buy a car remotely and I was looking as far away as NYC but then I found LK Auto online. Although they sold the car that they had advertised they searched the country and cherry-picked a BMW for me out of Michigan and moved it here at no cost to me. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Because it was used, it came with a short warranty and I did have one small issue with the door during the warranty period. We discussed the issue and fixed it - it was fair and with no problems. I love their turn-around time. All emails were answered quickly. All phone calls were picked up (no voicemail). Everything was handled professionally. I hope that my new (used) car lasts me a long time but I hope to use the guys again a few years from now. These guys are aces.”

Since then I could not imagine seeing anyone, but Anne Spragins- owner of Do It Right Sport and Fitness. Anne goes out of her way to make all feel welcome! She is very good at personalizing your workout- everyday if needed. I have never had a trainer work harder to accommodate all her clients on a regular basis. If you are looking for a smaller gym with personal training and a great group of people to workout with I suggest Do It Right Sport and Fitness. This gym has become a part of my daily life and I am so glad Anne was the one who answered my request for a personal trainer! I appreciate you always going above and beyond. “Went here for a kids party. Fantastic for encouraging kids to get out and get moving. Most of the gym is well padded, and it's because of the hard/unprotected spots that I gave 4 stars instead of 5. This place encourages learning from mistakes, but some places are hard and those mistakes would ...hurt if you fall in the wrong place Altogether a great experience with very helpful employees and a great atmosphere.”
