I ended up with a bunch of leftover material and asked if I could return it - the owner sent a truck over promptly to pick up the remaining material and stuck a refund check in the mail the next day! You can't beat that! Other suppliers in buffalo should take note!

Top notch small business. I called another local refinishing service looking for that old craftsman wood alot of us have in our older homes here in buffalo. Of course they told me they shop here for it and it's the only place in town for the stuff! Well I'm glad because talking with john he knew exactly what was up and gave me a fountain of knowledge along with a very fair deal on the boards. Wish I could buy more than boards from him.
