Had to make changes to my accounts. Was able to schedule online and appear at the branch. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Marco was a huge help and got everything I needed done taken care of. Facility looks clean and employees are wearing masks. I’m fully vaccinated, but safety is still a concern knowing the Delta variant is more contagious and deadly.

Jen at the Webster location was great. Excellent salesperson who took the time to answer all of my questions. My deliver team of Grady and Ramona were professional, thorough, and on time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

Truly outstanding. Delivery went to my 23 year old daughter. She could not say enough positive things about the delivery team. Really helpful, and knowledgeable. Made her feel like they really wanted her to be comfortable using the new appliances.

Though my first choice was out of stock, I'm VERY happy I spent extra on the better model and I had it delivered the next day. My delivery team was excellent as well. They made sure to wrap the new machine to avoid any marks, and they removed my old washer. They had it set up and ready for me in less than 30 min, and told me some pre-use instructions (to let it warm up before using) which was very helpful.

The delivery guys were terrific. We met two different delivery teams. First team installed the vent and gas line and removed old dryer. Unfortunately the new dryer was damaged. Good news one was delivered next day by delivery team number two. Both teams were very helpful and professional. Thanks guys. Appreciate you.

We are moving into a new home and we are so happy with Orville’s. We worked with Lisa at their Bailey Ave location. She was incredible! She listened to our needs, researched product for us, and went above and beyond when there were unexpected delivery issues with the manufacturer. The personal attention was fantastic and not something you can get from a big box store most of the time.

Marco was great getting my partner and I up to speed on what we needed to get our business account up and running. He also walked me through setting up my checking and such. Great service and quick delivery on what we need to know as a customer. My business will be using them for banking long into the future I believe.
