WNY Plumbing

We needed to have a new sink installed. Mike was prompt, professional and patient throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and love the finished look of our new sink.

I have a new house I purchased from Natale Builders in Nov'20, and WNY was contracted for the entire plumbing. I called WNY, when I took an extended soak in my second floor tub, and the morning after noticed some water seepage in the first floor dining room ceiling. Mike was amazing from the start. He was on time and extremely courteous. He diagnosed the source of leak, which was a loose overflow cap/gasket in the second floor tub which was causing some seepage in the first floor ceiling along the seams. He sealed it with a silicone sealant, and mentioned writing a report to cover the ceiling repairs...i will comment on that part once its done. But, coming back to Mike's service, its refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists. (He even gave me some helpful advice about my water softener :)

We have used WNY plumbing multiple times. Last time was for a new hot water tank, this time was for a water line repair, faucet and toilet installation. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment, the service tech was on time, neat and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

We’ve used WNY Plumbing since we moved here in 2006. Over the years they’ve installed a water heater, replaced a sink, repaired a sink, and fixed our toilets a time or two. Their service person has been on time or was courteous enough to let me know if they were running late. The repairs have always been thorough. As a small business owner myself I can say that they check all the boxes regarding good service, reasonable pricing and customer service.
