“I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face!”

“I’ve never bought a bike from them, I’m a Scott loyalist which they don’t carry, but their service cannot be beat in this area. I bought a very nice used road bike awhile back, but only fitted it myself. I came in wanting a professional touch to my bike fit and the adjustments they did made a world of a difference. I also always get the Pro tune-up when one is needed, they do a fantastic job. I’m considering upgrading my wheels soon and I know I’ll go to Tom’s for this. I’d say that if you really care about your bike, spend a little extra and come here, they’ll take good care of it.”

“Our tub & tile refinish & repair is beautiful. They kept the current tub and tiles and made them new. No "plastic cover" All the employees are wonderful. They were polite, professional and very helpful through the whole process. The price was a 1/4 of what we paid for a "plaatic cover" just a few years ago that didn't hold up to its promises. “One year ago they made this beautiful cake for our wedding. We got the raspberry almond cake. It was delicious and everyone really enjoyed it! We had a really good experience with them all their staff were very helpful and polite. This year for our one year anniversary we got an 8 inch cake for free and it was even better than I remembered!
