Rider Frames and Gallery is a wonderful business. About 12 years ago I purchased 2 abstract prices that I love. One frame had a slight twist and I contacted them to resolve and no questions asked they said "of course, we will take care of it" I dropped the ball for 12 years, yes, 12 years and finally took it in and Lynne took care of it - no charge. She is a wonderful person and provides amazing customer service. The pieces they have in the gallery and top notch quality and very unique. I plan to get a few other pieces very soon. So if you care about quality, personal touch customer service, this is the place for you. I would give 10 starts if I could.

Lisa & Lynne were excellent to work with. Lisa took her time with me to help make the piece PERFECT! Lynne was keeping me updated as the it was being made. It was done quickly & flawlessly! I’m so happy with the finished product & I highly recommend them for your framing needs.

not long ago i had ordered frames for my groomsmen and best man photos, sadly they didn't come with the glass, i had Rider frames put them together with the glass, they looked amazing, my best man and groomsmen were thrilled with the work they did; during the consult with Lynne i explained what happened and she was shocked; Lynne listens to what you want to have done, she explained what she, Mr. Rider, and the staff were going to do before putting them into production.
she is caring, receptive, diligent with consulting with the customer, explains the options and works 1 on 1 with you, cant get better customer service than that.
i have taken several wedding photos to them to have them framed, they did an excellent job with them, i will keep coming back to them in the future; soon im gonna taking them a sports jersey to get framed, if you want framing done right, Rider Frames & gallery is THE ONLY CHOICE, they never cut corners on customer service.
