Trading in my car at West Herr was my first car trading/buying experience ever. Not going to lie I was nervous doing my first "big girl purchase" on my own, , but boy was it the most easiest experience ever!! My salesperson, Gretchen, was amazing to work with! I purchased a Subaru Forester today from you guys and I have to say that Sean Brand has been the best salesman Ive encountered in my many prior vehicle purchases. He listens to you needs and gives suggestions and options within your budget without feeling like they are pushing you beyond what you can afford. He let me test drive multiple vehicles and allowed me to take the one I liked home for a day to let my wife see it in person! The process and paper work was very easy to understand and they are very upfront and honest about the costs - there were no “hidden fees” I was not aware about.
