When I contacted them to get the order reshipped, Hailey resent everything at no cost at a rush speed to get my husband's gifts here in time for Christmas. (September 16, 2018, 10:52 am)I've only been once, but my experience was great! We typically pay shipping for our order, but since I was going to be local, we doubled the order and scheduled it for pick up.
Pick up was a quick and easy run. I highly recommend KegWorks! Their staff is great - very helpful and kind.
