“About 10 days ago I visited because of a slow leak in a tire. It was determined that I needed to replace the tire. Since I always had heard that one should replace tires in pairs, I raised that dreaded possibility with Charlie who was in charge that day. While he understood my perspective, looking at the other tires, he saw how he could do some tire rotation and it would be fine to purchase just the one tire. I must admit that I appreciate such integrity and we'll certainly continue my long history of returning to that location for servicing my cars, where, regardless of who is the supervisor or manager on a given day, I will be given advice that keeps my family safe, and helps us struggle through our budgeting in these difficult times.
