(February 4, 2020, 8:33 am)Things have gotten better with the new owners. Maintenance is very timely with fixing things. High rent, but on par with other apartments in the area. I recommend not letting the amenities go to waste. Love going to the gym, dog park, and pool when it's open. A few things that set it apart from other complexes, and make the price more worth it. My biggest complaint are the washers and dryers. It's rare for them to all be functioning in our building.
