He made me feel like I've known him forever and he had my back. In addition, he was able to find much lower rates for both my auto and home policies. To top it off, he got me DOUBLE the coverage, for much less than what I was paying with my previous company. He was incredibly responsive, understanding, and an overall pleasure to speak to. The whole experience was 100% better than I anticipated.
