Within a short time, Reimer sent out someone to fix the unit. He found the issue but did not have the correct part. The next day, someone came out and fixed the heating unit in 30 minutes. I have also used Reimer to repair a pipe to my water heater unit. I highly recommend Reimer. They respond immediately and costs are reasonable. Nope, messaged me right back told me to call him and we discussed my issue to get an idea of the problem, which was I needed a few pipes replaced. He said he would call me in the morning to send out a truck and confirm the time. I get a text and tells me a time they will be there, not a time range, a specific time. Sure enough the truck pulls up right on time. The service provided was professional, straight forward and I was aware of all costs before agreeing to the service so when the final bill came I was not shocked. Pricing was very reasonable for the work provided, I told others what I paid and everyone said it was very reasonable and wanted this places number. I specifically worked with Ben and one other whose name I did not get. Great workers, they were in and out and pipes are working great. I have used other plumbers before but they didn't compare with the pricing, responsiveness and professionalism of this place. I wish I went with this place sooner. Don't make the same mistake I did, just call Kevin, you will not regret it!”
