“F&D was hired to replace my roof, driveway, and open up my enclosed front porch (on a 1906 house in the Upper West Side of Buffalo, NY). The roof was quick and easy - they scrapped of about five layers! Going into the porch, they warned me they had no idea what we might find it once we opened it up, and while they weren't the cheapest quote I received, they were certainly the most accurate. I felt fully informed through each phase from demolition to assessment to reconstruction. They brought me material samples and were clear about longevity and costs of all my options. “From start to finish another amazing job by Kaz. John came in and listened to our idea, made recommendations, drew up the plans and got us ready to go. Steve came in and did an amazing job, from removing a breakfast nook, to transforming our kitchen/living room into a beautiful open space. He deconstructed, then reconstructed walls, archways, and even turned a blah closet into work of art. He painted, put down LVP, he did it all in an extremely timely matter. Very polite and knowledgeable. Tweaked the plans to create an even more pleasing outcome. He also kept the house cleaned up after his day of work. Joe also came in and did some great finish work. My Wife and I are extremely pleased with another fine job by Kaz. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.”
