“I contacted Joe at this business b/c of an emergency, and he truly rescued the day. My son's birthday party was yesterday, 9/24 & I learned that morning (approx. 7:45a.m) that Andrew's Bounce rental cancelled my obstacle course rental. Total bummer. Since we were left hanging, my husband & I rushed to call as many businesses as we could so we could rent an alternate obstacle course. Out of all the businesses we contacted, Joe was among the first to call us back and was able to offer us 2 options for a rental that day. Many other business were already fully booked so the news from Joe had me both elated and grateful. He arrived my house w/in 1.5 hours and set-up the obstacle course right away. The price was fair and I appreciated that since some businesses may have looked to jack up the price b/c of our dire need. Ultimately, Joe helped turn what was a stressful morning into a 100% relief. He came through when we needed help, due to an unfortunate incident w/ another business, and I can only highly recommend him. My son and his friends truly enjoyed the obstacle course and the smiles on their faces were priceless. Thank you so much Joe!”
