“I contacted USA 1 Septic, after reading all of the positive reviews on Google. The owner Russ, is friendly and responsive. He was able to answer all of our questions, in an open and honest manner. You can tell that he has high standards, by the way that he takes care of his equipment. He referred us to a local engineer, to draw up the plans for the septic system installation. He maintained constant contact with the engineer, to make any adjustments, as complications arose. His team was able to complete an entire septic system installation with leach field, in less than 5 days. They even ensured that the yard was properly seeded, and covered with hay, to repair the areas of affected lawn. As a testament to Russ' honesty, he adjusted the invoice to reflect parts and labor, that were originally part of the plan, but proved to be unnecessary, as the project unfolded. I can't imagine that anyone would be able to make this process go any smoother than it did. I would highly recommend Russ' team at USA 1 Septic for all of your septic system needs.”
