Allen's Family Heating & Cooling

We used Allen's Family Heating to install a new boiler in spring 2022. Without a doubt, one of the best businesses around and we could not be happier with our experience with them. Professional, reasonably priced & quick responses are all things we experienced during the installation and even after during the warranty period. Would highly recommend.

You are a huge blessing to us!! My inlaws house's furnace hasn't been running right. The service person we've hired in the past be because of him being a friend of family had been over several times never fixing it properly. The house sold and closing was today and they fixed it. Should have given them our business long ago..

Had a problem with a fairly new furnace and they came out to check it out very quickly,identified the problem,ordered the part,and completed the repair. Also offered solutions to help while furnace was down. Very much appreciated and will absolutely highly recommend this company! This is a great business and they seem to really care about their customers. Our furnace wasn't working and my elderly grandmother was very worried. So she called Allen's Family. Eventhough it was a Saturday night someone came to our rescue. He was a very nice man named Eric. He replaced our broken thermostat and cleaned out the exhaust pipe because we hadn't checked it in a long time and we're worried that it could have been blocked. Then it got the furnace running. My grandmother is 85 years old. It's hard for her to hear and sometimes she doesn't understand things, but Eric was very patient with her and very caring. A few days later my grandmother thought she heard a humming noise coming from the furnace. She was home alone and got scared so shut the furnace off by mistake. Allen's Family sent someone over again the next morning to turn it back on. It was the same guy and again he was wonderful to my grandmother. I Would highly recommend Allen's home heating & cooling again after such a great experience with them.

Our Fujitsu Heating/Cooling inverter went after 15 faithful years of service in our home, and it was time for a replacement.

We heard good things about Allen’s, and gave them a call. Install date was 3 weeks from the service call. Everything went well, techs were helpful, but there is an INSANE markup on labor and parts: the service call was $150 just for them to look at it, and the inverter was $5,000. Crazy. However; everything is going up, so I can’t place the blame on them entirely. Given we got the exact same model as the one that went, we should be set for another 15-20 years. Thanks.
