“Our Fujitsu Heating/Cooling inverter went after 15 faithful years of service in our home, and it was time for a replacement. We heard good things about Allen’s, and gave them a call. Install date was 3 weeks from the service call. Everything went well, techs were helpful, but there is an INSANE markup on labor and parts: the service call was $150 just for them to look at it, and the inverter was $5,000. Crazy. However; everything is going up, so I can’t place the blame on them entirely. Given we got the exact same model as the one that went, we should be set for another 15-20 years. Thanks.”
