Western New York National Cemetery

My experience with all the cemetery people were great. James Metcalfe II was so helpful in answering my questions. He is outstanding as a director for this facility. The girls in the office are all great and everyone helped me with getting my husband buried there. They made the process so easy and helped me through a difficult time.

We had my fathers funeral here last week. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the people that run this cemetery. His ceremony was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded any expectations we had. The cemetery is also absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Thank you guys for all you do! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I greatly appreciate the staff at this facility. Everything was done with respect and honor at the ceremony for my brother. While we drove from the admin building to the pavilion for the ceremony everyone stopped whatever activity they were performing and stood at attention as the procession passed. On behalf of the family, thank you all.

The service for our brother was beautiful, the property is well cared for and everyone we have encountered during this difficult time has been very polite, informative and helpful.
The headstone was placed within 2 weeks of the interment. We are very pleased with the process and feel confident that he is resting in peace.
