I went through a painfully long process to make a purchase during this COVID-19 crisis that no one else should have to go through when purchasing jewelry. Nicole was by my side every step of the way (throughout multiple days) and was absolutely determined to complete this transaction correctly for me. If you are in New York and are looking to purchase jewelry you MUST go to this location. She will take care of you. Trust me.
